Tommy’s celebrates his 1st Anniversary with Frosts

Congratulations, Tommy, on your 1st work anniversary!

It's a double celebration for the Frost team; following Joe's 5th anniversary, we are delighted to share that Tommy is celebrating his first anniversary with the team.

Tommy originally joined Frost's team in August 2025 and has settled in well over the past year, supporting the team's delivery and working on several major projects, some of which are highlighted below:

·         Supporting multimedia display screen roll-out

·         Development of automated billing systems

·         Creation of operational dashboard for the business

·         Multi-factor authentication (MFA) roll-out

·         Setting up communication tools such as WhatsApp Business

·         Assisting with hardware upgrades, new laptop installations, and desktop setups

Over the past year, Tommy's communication levels, troubleshooting skills, knowledge, and confidence have all grown.

As part of his apprentice role, Tommy is studying an 18-month Digital Support Apprenticeship with Hull Business Training Centre, and the course syllabus covers:

·         Data management

·         Digital services support

·         Business and decision-making

·         Cyber security and system maintenance

·         Diagnosing technical IT issues

·         Digital architecture

·         Helpdesk support

·         Emerging technologies

·         Digital tools in the workplace

·         IMS – Information management systems
