We are celebrating Joe's 5-Year Anniversary

Congratulations, Joe, on your 5th work anniversary!

Joe originally joined Frost's team in 2021 as an IT Technician and began his IT Solutions Technician apprenticeship scheme at East Riding College shortly afterwards.

This apprenticeship scheme helped Joe gain theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical experience in core topics such as the impact of computing, IT systems security and encryption, and IT hardware.

Whilst studying his apprenticeship, Joe started to support the team by delivering site-based managed IT solutions and infrastructure projects to Frost clients.

In 2023, Joe successfully completed the two-year Level 3 IT Solutions Technician apprenticeship scheme. During his final year, Joe started to develop his skills and knowledge to support the CCTV side of the Frost business and during the following year he successfully completed Dahua's DHSP Advanced Video Surveillance System Training Course.

Joe's knowledge and confidence have really developed over the past five years, helping him to grow in the role and fully support the Frost team.

After spending the past two years putting these learnings into practice, earlier this year Joe started studying for the CompTIA Level 4 Systems Engineer qualification.

Onwards and upwards, Joe, congratulations from the whole team.
