Darren reflects on the Frost Consultants reaching its tenth anniversary

As we’ve recently highlighted the business is celebrating a significant milestone: 10 years in business this year.
Back in 2014, Darren had a vision: to simplify IT and make it less complex for local businesses. As a result, Frost Consultants was born with a philosophy of removing the complexity for the customer, applying best practices, and taking a positive approach to solving IT challenges.
Darren’s vision was to build a one-stop shop for all IT and telecom needs, providing customers with a comprehensive and reliable service.
As the business began to grow and evolve, Nick joined the company in 2020, bringing extensive experience in network management, managed IT, and technical and project management.
He was followed by Joe in 2021, who joined as an apprentice. Joe quickly became a champion of hosted voice telecom solutions and played a key role in supporting the growing demand for managed IT support, as well as CCTV configuration and installation.
Reflecting on the milestone, Darren said: “We’ve just welcomed our new apprentice, Tommy, and wish him well as he settles in. It's been nice to reflect on the past 10 years and how the business has evolved. I’m not sure where the time has gone, but I enjoyed them”.
