We're excited to welcome our newest team member, IT Apprentice Tommy!

Tommy joined the Frost team on 11th August and has spent his first three weeks getting to know colleagues, visiting clients, observing and assisting where possible, familiarising himself with our services and operations, helping to set up devices, and working with in-house systems.

Before joining us, Tommy studied at Ron Dearing Technical College, completing his GCSEs and a Level 3 Extended Certificate in Computing and Engineering (EAL).

He is now undertaking an 18-month Digital Support Apprenticeship with Hull Business Training Centre. His course covers the following syllabus:

• Data management

• Digital services support

• Business and decision-making

• Cyber security and how system security is maintained

• Diagnose technical IT

• Digital architecture

• Helpdesk support

• Emerging technologies

• Digital tools in the workplace

• IMS – Information management systems
