The importance of shorter domains

We recently supported a local industrial business in implementing a new, shorter domain and making it their primary email address.  

As part of the project, we reconfigured their email systems to ensure that while transferring to the new domain and email addresses, they continued to receive emails at their existing addresses, as well as send emails from the new domain.

We also configured the domain with Hornet’s email security platform Plan 3, to ensure the enhanced email security would work with the new domain and that the customer continues to receive emails with the original domain.

The team worked closely with both the client and their web developer.
