Recently, the Frost team has been supporting a client who is testing the rollout of their CRM system on tablet devices for their mobile workforce.
As part of the testing process, the Frost team were tasked with supplying a member of the external sales team with a device, while ensuring that access to the required data met the client's security standards and that the device was configured to connect to the client's virtual private networks (VPNs).
To facilitate this testing process, the Frost team:
Ensured the device had a secure connection via the firewall to the client's server and data
Provided a secure and mobile solution while working on customer sites
Provided full support throughout the project

One significant challenge the Frost team had to overcome was the multiple layers of security required to access the VPN.
