After being approached by the business owner, we resolved these challenges by migrating the hosting company's bundle of Microsoft 365 tools to a standard Microsoft 365 package. We then:

• Applied the correct licence

• Configured desktop apps and OneDrive for both the PC and phone

• Added additional email security and backup for the account
