One Phone System, One Provider: Frost Delivers Seamless Phone Integration

Recently, the team has been working on a project to consolidate two separate phone systems, located at different company sites, into a single system with one provider.Â

This phone migration project involved:Â
Porting numbers from the different providers to the Frost systemÂ
Implementing back-end system changes to support hunt groups, auto-attendants, and out-of-hours voicemail configurationsÂ
Installing 18 new user phone handsetsÂ
Â
The new unified phone system provides enhanced functionality, including voice messages to email, and extension availability on both desktop and mobile devices. This enables remote working and delivers a consistent user experience across both sites.Â
