One Phone System, One Provider: Frost Delivers Seamless Phone Integration

Recently, the team has been working on a project to consolidate two separate phone systems, located at different company sites, into a single system with one provider.
This phone migration project involved:
Porting numbers from the different providers to the Frost system
Implementing back-end system changes to support hunt groups, auto-attendants, and out-of-hours voicemail configurations
Installing 18 new user phone handsets
The new unified phone system provides enhanced functionality, including voice messages to email, and extension availability on both desktop and mobile devices. This enables remote working and delivers a consistent user experience across both sites.
